Sadr to McCain - I will disarm if you agree on timetable

Today, Anti-American Iraqi Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr would dissolve his Mehdi Army militia if the United States started withdrawing troops according to a set timetable.

You said know Malliki very well a few weeks back when you were asked by Wolf about Malliki's sort of endorsement to Sen. Obama's withdrawal plan. So, do you still want to be in IRAQ for 100 years? After Malliki its Sadr who is asking us to leave and they will work out for IRAQ's peace and security. Now you are being political rather than a leader. A great leader (or celebrity in your word) listens to the respective citizens and leaders, makes bipartisan efforts to resolve conflicts, involves allies and adversaries to achieve the goal. Thats not naive Mr. McCain, thats leadership and diplomacy.
